Coolhand
Coolhand was formed by college friends Jeff Foster on guitar and Jeff
Hoyle on piano in Provo, Utah during the winter of 2002-2003.
The stellar
drummer
Brandon Cummings joined the fray later that spring and the dynamic
brotherhood of Mike and Dave Hall on bass and lead guitar were the
final pieces of the puzzle. Coolhand played exactly one
concert
and recorded five songs witten by Jeff and Jeff before going their
separate ways at the end of the Summer 2003 . Their song
"Life" was used
in
the indie film Pride and
Prejudice: A Latter-day Comedy.

Pride
and Prejudice Soundtrack
In the late summer of 2003, Jeff's music was brought to the
attention of the director and composer of the hip, indie production of Pride
and Prejudice: a latter-day comedy.
They liked Jeff's music enough (and the price of Jeff's music
-
$0) to feature two of his songs, Coolhand's "Life" and a newly
recorded version of "Dream on Dream," in the film.

out the film and soundtrack today!
